Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Type: Unpaid Internship (Stipend based on performance)

Location: Remote


Position Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a real-world environment, working closely with our HR team. Although the internship is unpaid, a stipend will be provided based on your performance and contribution.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

* Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

* Maintain and update HR records and employee files.

* Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

* Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

* Assist with performance management and employee relations tasks.

* Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects.

* Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.


Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

* Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
