- Launch Planning: Coordinating the launch of the product, including timing, channels, and promotional activities.- Sales Enablement: Equipping the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell the product.- Channel Strategy: Identifying and managing the distribution channels through which the product will be sold.
Product Scaling Strategies
Develop and implement scaling strategies that leverage behavioral data to understand market demand and customer behavior. Use these insights to optimize resource allocation, identify growth opportunities, and ensure scalability aligns with user needs and preferences for sustainable expansion.
