The Cruise Department is an integral part of our India company. We handle ground operations for select luxury cruise lines in India and Sri Lanka. This involves shore excursions, or day tours in ports, as well as extended land programmes. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational and management skills, who is creative, motivated, hard-working, and knows the level of detail involved in luxury travel. You’ll need to have high energy and the ability to handle volume with ease with commitment and integrity. Type of work for the department: -

Planning and proposing shore excursions and overland programmes in India and Sri Lanka -

Cost planning, budgeting and invoicing -

Rate negotiations and operational liaison with vendors and partners -

Operations of shore excursions and overland programmes as proposed including correspondence with clients -

Post operational analysis Responsibilities and Duties: -

Lead the team while being actively involved in all aspects of the work. -

Review and update organizational systems. -

Ensure the highest level of commitment and quality of work within the team. Primary requirements: -

Graduate from a renowned university -

Strong competency in Microsoft Office -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills -

Minimum of 10 years work experience in the inbound travel industry Skills and competencies required: -

Knowledge and understanding of luxury inbound travel in the destination -

Knowledge of cruise operations will be an advantage -

Leadership qualities – ability to manage and motivate a team well -

High level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain company and personal goals -

Commitment to teamwork with flexibility, good humour and high energy -

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills -

Creative and proactive approach to work -

Positive attitude and respect for others -
