Position Overview :

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple parks of Imagicaaworld, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic planning, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in operations management, hospitality, and team leadership.



Key Responsibilities:


- Operational Leadership : Direct daily operations, ensuring all parks and departments align with company goals and standards.

- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance growth and profitability.

- Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control measures.

- Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Guest Experience : Ensure that all operational aspects prioritize guest satisfaction, safety, and engagement.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.



Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive role, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving operational efficiency.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
