SCOPE OF WORK
You will be responsible for developing
Sales Capability Enhancement
of frontliners, new hires, and refresher trainings for the entire sales force in line with the business needs.
- To ensure that Frontline and rest of the sales force is equipped with knowledge and skill to perform better and produce greater results
- To ensure that the field force in Zone are enabled to do effective execution of all strategies with coaching through OJT and classroom training
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and evaluate training needs for the business through:
- Partnership during key strategic initiatives and product launches
- Collaboration with business and other support functions to understand new capability to be developed for continuous upskilling
- Regular field visit to understand market requirement and competition benchmark
- Prepare annual / monthly training calendar
- Prepare and develop a team of regional trainers
Content Development and refresher training:
- Create and collate relevant training content (Both Product & Non-Technical)
- Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions
- Partner with Product Matter expert to create High-Impact training materials related to updates
- Capability to do gamification of training content
Managing digital learning platform:
- Managing employee traffic and engagement on digital platform
- Creating / designing content and delivery framework
- Creating and administer technical test
Training Strategy & Planning:
- Design and drive appropriate sales training strategy and execution plan in line with the training needs identified and prioritised by the business
- Categorisation of employees into different brackets & on basis of that co-work on training plan as per the training performance
ROI & Reporting:
- Create and report periodic metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Implement procedures and process improvements to maintain quality across board
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Qualification: Life Science Graduate
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Candidate willing to do 6 days WFO
- Preferred Industry: Healthcare - Diagnostic or pharma
- Understanding of Doctor and Diagnostic Industry and Products
- Strong Communication Skills
- Design Thinking & Presentation Skills
