Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Recruiting Operations at Olibr - Hire The Best Vetted Developers located in Gurugram. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and effectively match candidates to positions.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build, lead, and manage a recruitment team.
- Skilled in sourcing for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Experienced in hiring for various levels, including senior, management, and leadership positions.
- Capable of managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing skills
- Interviewing, Assessment, and Negotiation skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
This is a 100% onsite role.
