As we expand our digital and retail reach, we’re looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for those interested in luxury retail, client relationship-building, and innovative sales strategies.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be instrumental in growing GoldSutra’s customer base, driving sales, and establishing partnerships with affiliates. Your work will involve directly engaging with clients, identifying potential affiliates, and supporting our efforts to expand through exciting new channels. This is a commission-based role with ample opportunity to earn and learn, with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients, identifying and targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and other potential customers.
  • Onboard affiliates such as event management companies, wedding planners, dermatology clinics, and more who can refer their clients to GoldSutra.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to boost sales and affiliate growth.
  • Support the sales team with pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop targeted lead lists for potential affiliates and clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, events, and affiliate outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategies to promote GoldSutra’s rental and sales collections.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a similar degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural interest in luxury brands and customer relations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Strong research skills and a proactive approach to discovering new sales and affiliate opportunities.
