**What You'll Do

As a Foun

der's Office Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between vision and execution, driving critical projects across strategy, operations, and growth:
• Work d

irectly with the Founder/CEO on strategic initiatives, fundraising, investor relations, and expansion projects.
• Analyz

e data across business units (finance, sales, operations, sustainability) and present actionable insights.
• Prepar

e high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership, investors, and clients.
• Lead c

ross-functional problem-solving on special projects (new business models, partnerships, ESG initiatives like ReWeave 360).
• Manage

and track OKRs/KPIs across departments to ensure alignment with growth targets.
• Be the

go-to person for research, benchmarking, and industry intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

• Educat

ion: CA / MBA / Engineer / Economics / Finance background (Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes preferred).
• Experi

ence: 0–3 years (consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or high-growth startup exposure is a plus).
• Strong

analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Abilit

y to thrive in high-ownership, high-speed environments.
• Excell

ent written & verbal communication.
