MBA or equivalent is preferred. - Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools industry. - Skills: - Strong sales and marketing skills - Leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Market analysis and strategic planning skills - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Experience Requirements - Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the machine tools industry. - Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and managing sales teams. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the machine tools industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Salary Structure 1-8-12 LPA (Fixed 85% & Variable 15%) 2-Incentive on sales amount as per company policy. 3-Provident Fund as per Company norm 4-Medi-claim Rs.10,00, (Employee + 2 Dependent) 5-Accidental Claim Rs.7,00,
