Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fabrication industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence.
