Senior Associate, Functional Analyst, HR

Job Description Overview : Our Global HR Team is looking for a Senior Associate to help support inquiries from staff using Replicon, our Global Time & Attendance Tool. The Vialto HR team is primarily focused on supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing our new instance of Replicon which went live in May . We are looking for someone who has solid customer service experience, understanding of how to interpret HR policies and a keen interest in learning more about HR processes globally. Vialto operates across 50+ countries and has a varied and mixed HR policy landscape that has resulted in a complex set up in our Global Time & Attendance tool. As we continue to optimize our HR process through better documentation, training and reporting, we are seeking this new role to help us answer employee questions and provide overall support to the team. Responsibilities : Work closely with local HR on questions from staff Provide support to our HR team on using Replicon (training / developing process documentation and policies) Manages tickets from employees regarding HR related inquiring (time off / holidays/ overtime rules) in ServiceNow Involvement in testing and other projects as we work to complete the implementation of Replicon globally. Reporting Relationship: This role will report to the HR Sr Manager of Replicon Qualifications : Experience related to time tracking tool preferred but not required Ticketing experience required. ideally in ServiceNow but also will consider another similar ticketing tool Strong customer service attitude Agile and able to manage multiple priorities and changes in timelines Understanding of how to interpret HR policies and procedures.
