We are looking for a result driven Area Manager to take responsibility for the overall performance

of the stores under him/her. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and KPI goals and manage the team effectively. Candidates will have the

most success if they have prior experience in managing multiple sportswear retail stores.


● Achieve business targets through focus on the Key Performance Indicators.

● Ensure outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards via daily checklists.

● Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

● Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and enhance store business.

● Report on buying trends, customer requirements, feedback, and market developments & sales.

● Hire, train and develop store team to enable them to perform their daily duties.

● Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.

● Store administration, ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

● Motivate the store team via incentives, rewards & recognition etc.

● Control store expenses and inventory & cash shortages at the stores.

● Open new stores as per timelines and standards.


We are looking for someone with:


● Relevant experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment

● Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet key objectives.

● Passion for Sports and fitness and excellence.

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or hospitality.
