Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving student engagement in various Institutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to promote our services to target Educational Institutions.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, student organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Brand Promotion : Increase brand awareness through on-the-ground marketing activities and community engagement.
  • Lead Generation : Generate and nurture leads through field activities such as workshops, seminars, education fairs, and campus events and convert them into potential sales leads.
  • Market Intelligence : Collect market insights to identify growth opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Travel : Regular travel to Educational Institutions to build relationships and conduct marketing activities.
  • Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional relationship building skills 
  • Demonstrated street smarts and ability to navigate complex situations effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
