Job description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with up to 3 years of experience who is passionate about influencer marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field. You will assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with influencers, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
  • Influencer Research: Identify and research potential influencers that align with our brand values and target audience. Support influencer outreach and relationship building.
  • Content Coordination: Help manage content creation processes with influencers, including coordinating deliverables and ensuring adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with the negotiation of influencer agreements, manage campaign logistics, and track deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, using metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI. Provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to keep our influencer marketing strategies innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members, including social media, content, and PR, to ensure an integrated approach to influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer relations. Relevant internships or project experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
