At INI Design Studio, we prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Landscape Architect for the Gujarat region. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Designing, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Quality Assurance and Control, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants, and project management. The candidate will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.QualificationsMaster's/bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design or related field with minimum 2 years of industry experience.SkillStrong knowledge and expertise in Landscape architectural/urban design and project managementSkilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing conceptual and technical drawingsExperienced in site analysis, planting design, grading, irrigation layout, and project documentationContributed to the design and implementation of multiple mixed-use developments, commercial and Institutional projectsAssisted in the production of design development and construction documents for public parks and urban plazasA creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and GISCombines strong horticultural knowledge with advanced design skills to deliver high-performing, aesthetically compelling outdoor environments across large scale outdoor spaces for commercial, and public projectsPlayed a key role in integrating ecological design elements, including rain gardens and bioswales, into site plansDeveloped planting strategies aligned with LEED and sustainable site initiatives and have worked on sustainable and native planting solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience leading a team of designers and managing multiple projects at onceWilling to travel to project locations for meetings
