Social Media and Growth Strategist
We’re looking for a Social Media and Growth Strategist to drive impactful digital campaigns, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable growth. This role combines creative social media management with data-driven growth strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute multi-channel social media campaigns that align with business objectives and growth goals.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Understand and implement performance marketing strategies.
• Use analytics and insights to optimize social media performance, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
• Integrate social media strategies into the overall digital marketing plan, including email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing.
• Design and implement growth experiments to identify high-impact acquisition and retention strategies.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and product) to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and best practices to stay ahead in the digital space.
• Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends, news, and updates to create timely and relevant content.
• Engage with Salesforce professionals and communities, building relationships and enhancing our network on platforms like LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of proven experience in social media management, growth marketing, or digital strategy.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth funnels.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (preferred, if applicable to your niche).
• Proficiency in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
