We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in accountancy practice, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. In this leadership role, you will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide guidance to both clients and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Maintain accurate general ledger and perform monthly/year-end closings
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, or UK accounting standards
Client Support
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Provide financial insights and support during audits
• Help clients understand financial reports and obligations
Tax & Compliance
• Prepare and review tax returns (corporate, individual, VAT)
• Advise clients on tax planning and compliance
• Stay updated on UK tax laws and regulations
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants
• Review work and provide constructive feedback
• Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred)
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification (completed or in progress)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP, Tally, Zoho)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), Other Microsoft Tools

Monday - Friday* : 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST (Shift 1)
Monday - Friday* : 12:00 PM IST to 09:00 PM IST (Shift 2)
Monday - Friday* : 01:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST (Shift 3)
Saturday** : 02:30 PM IST to 07:00 PM IST
* Includes 1 hour of unpaid lunch break
**Includes 30mins of unpaid lunch break
