- In line with the Labs goal to be the leading force in AI innovation in company we strive to support accelerated adoption of LLMs and GenAI into all our products.

- Respectively, we see the Core Capabilities team's role in providing our AI/ML researchers and engineers with necessary tools to enable fast and efficient development of GenAI skills for various use-cases.

For 2024, we have identified the following opportunities that we can pursue :

- Gold Data for LLM evaluation - management service

- By collecting, cataloguing, and providing controlled but easy, self-served access to a curated set of datasets for LLM testing and evaluation we can improve efficiency of our GenAI skills development and their evaluation and thus support our goal of delivering quality GenAI skills at accelerated rate.

Open-Source/In-House LLMs - hosting service

- Our researchers in their experiments often have a need to test/evaluate LLMs that are either Company-developed or open-source - in other words LLMs that are not available from the leading provider services like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock etc.

- Ability to quickly and efficiently provision endpoints that host such LLMs - for tasks like testing, evaluating, or comparing our in-house or open-source LLMs against the mainstream ones - can provide a path for adopting leaner and/or better performing LLMs to solve variety of company use-cases in a cost-effective way.

- To help the Core Capabilities team accelerate the development and delivery of these new capabilities, alongside with maintaining the team's roadmap for our current initiatives, like MLTools and Helix, we need a boost to our current development team resources.

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for developer(s) with the following skills, 'must-have' unless marked otherwise:

- Proficiency in Python programming language

- Understanding of cloud-native applications and serverless architecture

- Develop and deploy applications by using AWS service APIs, the AWS CLI, and SDKs (including APG, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3)

- Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (good-to-have)

- Full-stack experience, i.e.

- TypeScript/React front-end (good-to-have)
