We’re Hiring: Human Resources Business Partner (NBFC – Sales Function) Location: Mumbai Experience: 7–12 Years Industry: NBFC / BFSI We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic HR advisor to our Sales function , driving manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, and employee engagement for our Front Line Sales (FOS) teams across India. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR partner to the Sales function, supporting manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management for Front Line Sales (FOS) roles across Pan India. Lead end-to-end recruitment for FOS and other sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring in line with business requirements. Drive talent acquisition strategy through a mix of job portals, referrals, local hiring channels, and vendor networks. Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower forecasts, role expectations, and regional hiring priorities. Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments tailored to sales competencies and performance indicators. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters , ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance. Maintain and publish recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to provide insights on hiring trends and performance. Build a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche sales roles to support business expansion. Partner with business on employee engagement, retention initiatives, and performance discussions for sales employees. Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines across recruitment and employee processes. Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and turnaround time.
