Novigo Solutions is seeking an experienced

Mendix Architect

to lead and design enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a deep understanding of the Mendix ecosystem, capable of crafting scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions for our clients while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Define the technical architecture for Mendix applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Translate business requirements into Mendix application designs.Establish best practices for development and deployment.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mendix developers.Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.Conduct technical reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Implementation & Integration:Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Mendix applications.Integrate Mendix solutions with existing systems, databases, and APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.Technology Advocacy:Stay abreast of Mendix platform updates, ensuring teams are informed of new features and capabilities.Advocate for Mendix adoption and educate stakeholders about its benefits.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:8+ years of overall experience in software development.5+ years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform, including design and architecture.Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Mendix platform capabilities, including microflows, domain models, and widgets.Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, APIs, and middleware.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Expertise in database design and optimization.Leadership & Communication:Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification.Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to IoT, AI, or other emerging technologies.Why Join Novigo Solutions?Be part of an innovative and collaborative work environment.Lead and shape transformative low-code technology projects.Access to continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
