Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Go, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to company engineering guidelines.

- Design and implement robust and maintainable APIs for seamless internal and external integrations.

Microservices Architecture :

Technical Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to understand requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and deliver high-quality features.

- Offer mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting their growth and development.

- Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Technical Expertise :

- Possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer with a strong focus on Go (Golang) development.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of API design principles and RESTful services.

- Be proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Have familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or similar environments.

Communication and Skills :

Hold a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

- Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Maintain and create technical documentation for systems, APIs, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintainability.
