Job Description:

As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and create visually compelling reports that provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop and other data modeling tools.

- Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, into Power BI.

- Implement data governance policies and security measures to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Monitor and optimize report performance for faster data refreshes and rendering.

- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports and data connections.

- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M Query.

- Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.

- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI is a plus.
