Job Description
Insurance Domain Knowledge
Understanding of fraud detection, prevention, and field investigation management
Ability to keep track of ICVs (Insured Crop Verification) schedule, completion, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the same.
Plan and schedule CHMs (Crop Health Monitoring), track the schedules, completion, and quality check, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the same.
Ability to coordinate and follow up with state-level, and district-level teams and vendors.
Participate in testing and implementation of various IT applications related to crop insurance and impart training of the same to the field staff as and when required.
Good in MIS, OSINT, vendor onboarding, and documentation.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience of working with field investigation.
Good to have but not mandatory to have data analytics, forensics, or any other specialty that may help in the investigation.
