About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Assist in drafting and sending official HR communications
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Maintain proper documentation for HR operations
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination within the HR department

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
