We are currently seeking 2x experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide care and support to our residents at Bethanie’s Bert England Lodge located in Cooloongup . Bert England Lodge is a 44-bed facility offering care for people with diverse needs including dementia, palliative care, and high care requirements and is located close to Rockingham General Hospital. The roles on offer : 1 x perm part-time position working 15hrs per fortnight 1 x fixed-term contract (until 13th March 2026) working Wed-Fri 3pm – 11pm As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands-on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety. If you share a passion for person-centred care services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make a difference.
