Designation:StrategicPlanner

PositionSummary:

Theanalyst position is responsible for the maintenance of strategicspace plannings technical systems including TIAAs Integrated WorkManagement System (iOffice). This includes data governance andstewardship data quality metrics reporting drawing updates andtechnical integrations with up and downstream systems. The personin this role is focused on the effective maintenance of CADelements within the space allocation systems and supports plannersby generating CAD test fits and concept sketches of planningsolutions. In addition this position will be responsible forcoordinating small move add and change (MAC)projects.

KeyDuties &Responsibilities:

Manage AutoCAD drawings and the linking to the Integrated WorkManagement System (IWMS) toinclude:

Update drawings with asbuilddata

Polyline drawings for spaceinformation

Maintain CAD library including drawings and dataintegrity

Perform weekly data integrity and monthly drawingaudits

Conduct quality auditchecks

Ensure CAD standards and guidelines are followed and ensureadherence to documentedstandards

Post drawings to the appropriate weblocation

Ensuring accuracy and linkage to the IWMSsystem

Maintain the CAD / IWMS standards manual and relevant jobaids.

Assist with problem resolution during databasemanagement

Maintain report library and perform regular checks on report dataintegrity

Create new reports / dashboards; update existing reports /dashboards

Coordinate MAC project imports between planning and iOffice fordataimport.

Maintain confidential information as it relates to knowledge ofproperty lease changes and HR hire transfer orterminations

Generating CAD test fits and concept sketches of planningsolutions

Ability to teach others how to usesystems

Partner with vendor support on systemissues

Maintain report library including distribution of reports ad hocchanges to reporting and generation of newreports

Convert any metric drawings to square feet; all drawings to bemaintained in squarefeet

Skillsand Abilities: Mandatory :Spaceand occupancy planning IWMS system experience Tableau Good to have:Space & Occupancy Planning Data analytics Revit designexperience
