Our goal is to revolutionize passenger transportation by leveraging technological advances and delivering best-in-class services. As one of the first private bus operators in Maharashtra, we have rapidly grown to become one of the fastest-growing bus operators in India. Currently, we connect the northern belt of Maharashtra with Pune and Mumbai, but our vision is to expand throughout Maharashtra in the near future and then venture into different regions of India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Pune. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR policies and procedures, training and development, and HR data management. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in human resources management- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations- Experience in performance management and employee development- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
