As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on patient care and medical research.Responsibilities:Computer aided drug discovery for hit identification.Protein engineeringde novo protein design and computational evaluationDevelop and implement computational models to study protein structures.Computational antibody engineeringConduct molecular docking, dynamics simulations, and free-energy calculations.Experience in handling protein structure prediction toolsCollaborate with experimental scientists to validate computational predictions.Maintain and optimize computational pipelines for high-throughput analysis.Data Analysis and InterpretationWrite and present research findings in scientific reports and publications/patents.Required Skills:Machine learning based platforms for protein engineering and modelling (Alpha Fold, RFDiffusion, Rosetta Fold)Generative AI for small molecule and peptide designQualificationMaster's degree/Ph D in Bioinformatics, Computational structural biologyProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, or Java.Strong expertise in structural modeling tools (e.g., Rosetta, Py MOL, Chimera).Experience in docking (Glide, Auto Dock Vina, HADDOCK) and molecular dynamics simulations (AMBER, GROMACS. Desmond) etcExperience in downstream analysis tools such as MMPBSA, FEPImmunoinformatic, computational protein engineering toolsSoft Skills:Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Emphasize interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Critical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
