Our growth over the last 6 years has helped us grow from a few thousand individuals to now a reach of over 4 million beneficiaries.We are committed to building an inclusive society where all children and adults with special needs can thrive.Role Description No. of positions open Two, one in math department and one in English department This is a full-time, on-site role for a Curriculum Developer Math/English at Sol's ARC. The Curriculum Developer Math/English will be responsible for creating and designing Math/English curriculum and instructional materials. They will collaborate with teachers and experts to develop engaging and inclusive learning experiences for students. The Curriculum Developer Math/ English will also conduct research, communicate with stakeholders, and continuously improve the Math/English curriculum. Qualifications Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional DesignExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to conduct research and analyze dataKnowledge of Math/English content and pedagogyExperience in designing inclusive and differentiated instructionCreativity and ability to think criticallyMaster's degree in Education or related fieldExperience in special education or working with diverse learners is a plus
