Requirements: Bachelor's degree in ,Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/accounting, with a focus on US standards Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, ADP, Zoho,and especially Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with tax preparation and filing

Familiarity with financial planning and analysis

Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations

Location : Chennai, Hybrid mode
