Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the day-to-day recruitment operations and ensuring the successful fulfilment of hiring needs across the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while also contributing to the development of strategies to attract and retain top talent. This role is an Individual contributor role and will work closely with Craft leads and the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Responsible for Niche skills like Martech, Data & Technology and
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and assist in the selection process.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business needs.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a professional interview process.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes for review by senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, and prefer candidates from Digital Marketing domain
• Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
