About the Role The Growth Marketing Manager will drive omnichannel growth for Beyond Appliances across online platforms and a select network of retail stores (20+). This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on execution, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, product, CRM, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, fast-paced, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders while executing campaigns end-to-end. This role focuses heavily on performance tracking, CRM, revenue growth, and improving customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across channels. Key Skills Strong analytical mindset and comfort with numbers, KPIs, dashboards, and insights Experience in D2C or startup environments (3 6 years preferred) Hands-on campaign execution across digital and offline channels Understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnels, retention, CRM journeys, LTV Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Knowledge of CRM tools, performance marketing coordination, and full-funnel execution Certifications in marketing, growth, analytics, or CRM are an added advantage
