Duration: 3–4 Months | Full-time (8 hours/day)

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka (Trainer to stay at client premises during the assignment)

Employment Type: Contractual / Part-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional from the Cable & Wiring Manufacturing industry to join us as a Trainer. The role involves creating and delivering structured training programs for ITI graduates in a production setup. The trainer will play a key role in bridging industry practices with learner development.

Key Responsibilities

Visit the client plant, study existing processes, and gain a thorough understanding of product lines.

Develop customized technical training content based on cable & wiring production processes.

Deliver two training batches per day (4 hours each) covering:

Raw material & processing

Extrusion process

Fabrication & finishing

Production SOPs & process excellence

Ideal Profile

Minimum 12+ years of experience in the Cable & Wire manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes (material handling, extrusion, fabrication, finishing).

Proven expertise in developing and delivering technical training modules.

Hands-on knowledge of process SOPs and process excellence practices.

Strong communication and learner engagement skills.
