**About the project.**

The Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) is a flagship scheme of Government of India, to enhance access to secondary education and improve its quality.

1) To improve the quality of Secondary Education.

2) To eliminate the barriers of gender, socio-economic and disability.

3) Universal access of secondary level education.

4) The universal retention of students by the year of 2020.

**Responsibilities**_**:_
- Conducting Online as well as Offline Classes
- Conducting Softskill as well as Corporate Skill Sessions
- Motivating Trainees For New Environment
- Educating them on all pre-placement activities and make them eligible for placement
- Conducting Mock Interviews for Placement
- Coordinating with Clients for Scheduling Interviews
- Educating the Trainees on Corporate culture.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
