Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend are looking for Assistant Cost Managers to join our award winning, growing Cost Management team for Dellhi NCR office.There are long term secured frameworks with national and regional organizations within the following sectors - Corporate fit-outsThe right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary. There will also be the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, in order to offer our people an all-round exposure to the business. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.Role within the project:To support the role of Commission Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high-quality standardsMain job purpose:Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarkingEstimating and producing cost plansCompiling and amending the tender listDrafting the procurement documentationChecking and analyzing the tendersDrafting tender reportsDealing with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex mattersConducting cost checks and valuationsDrafting monthly reportsAnalyzing the numbers for the final accountsLiaising with the client, contractors and designers etc.Responsibilities:Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standardsTasks are completed efficiently on timeClient needs are dealt with a helpful and attentive wayThe cross-functional team is supported in a helpful and positive mannerAn effective contribution is made towards the overall projectKey information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained#LI-HT1

QualificationsEducation - B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar roleYou should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills#LI-HT1
