Responsibilities The role is of a Lead Consultant – Solutioning & Capability, Digital FS. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements, and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role has many opportunities for growth in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well.ResponsibilitiesAs a consultant, you will •Be part of Financial Services (FS) practice within digital solution team.•Responsible for solutioning and sales support – response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and digital commercials •Lead FS delivery globally for multiple accounts or single account with multiple engagements. •Develop the FS practice with new solutions.•Be engaged in short but intense consulting, Due Diligence, PoC exercise to win the implementation project. •Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design.•Work with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces. •Identify whitespaces and conceptualize solution areas through use case articulation, user story creation and wireframing. •Strong understanding of innovation initiatives in the industry from operations standpoint Domain Required: •Financial Service expertise in areas of Retail and Commercial banking (Mortgage, Lending, Cards, Fraud, Payments, Capital markets, Wealth), preferring UK market. Key Skills Required: Must Have: •Proven solution design capability – analyzing problem statements, building solution, representing solutions at deal level, discussion, and presentation with clients, running workshops, business case/ ROI building. •Understanding and driving digital transformation initiatives to achieve committed benefits.•Experience in leading digital solutions like Gen AI, Document AI, ML/NLP, RPA, Advanced Analytics•Ability to operate in a complex environment and aligning diverse internal/external teams to achieve program outcomes Practice development skills with identification and building innovative solutions basis gaps in existing capabilities. •Proven program delivery management skills, getting deep into the requirements when needed. Good to have: •Exposure to product and services implementations in end-to-end FS eco system•Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations. -Strong Consulting and Domain skills & demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation efforts in business processes. -Shared services and outsourcing advisory for global organizations Educational Requirements MBA,Bachelor of Arts
