The job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conceptualizing and responding to opportunities for videos, webinars, and other digital marketing products to promote the expertise and brand of the firm nationally and internationally.
  • Collaborating with partners and others to develop and exploit all such opportunities and to bring them to fruition.
  • Planning events, seminars, presentations, or other activities to create videos, webinars, and other digital marketing products.
  • Project managing the marketing and promotion of the events, seminars, presentations, or other activities.
  • Project managing each event, seminar, presentation, or other activity including managing content quality to exacting standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring presenters on presentation skills and conducting presenter performance reviews.
  • Project managing production of videos, webinars, and other digital marketing products, both live and recorded.
  • Project managing distribution or recorded videos, webinars, and other digital marketing products after the event to contacts and the public; and Reviewing and reporting on performance analytics

Ideally the successful candidate should be a lawyer with an understanding of and experience in corporate legal practice and law firms and in addition should have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Excellent project management skills particularly in event management.
  • Persuasive communication and personal presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor professionals in presentation and public speaking.
  • Experience in managing video and webinar production.
  • Experience in digital media data analytics

Education

  • Completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), providing a strong foundation in legal principles, analytical reasoning, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Undergraduate Qualification in Marketing (Optional)
