Procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting updating master agreements to include current terms, driving compliance, and supporting enterprise procurement operations activities to ultimately deliver value to our internal business partners
Procurement Manager to support the Procurement team in HQ US. This role will support updating and negotiating master agreement provisions to ensure most current agreement terms are maintained. This candidate will work closely with business leaders, various legal teams along with the Enterprise Procurement organization.
The responsibilities will include:Oversee a portfolio of supplier agreements to be updated or refreshedDevelop negotiation strategies to ensure agreements are updated with little business disruptionWork with internal stakeholders and suppliers to update agreementsNegotiate terms if necessaryTrack and escalate risks throughout the agreement refresh processPartner with stakeholders to identify alternative suppliers when neededRecommend process and provision changes to further streamline and optimize operations
You will have:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or Information Systems or Technology or Engineering or equivalent education.12+ years of strategic procurement experience with professional services category (Outsourcing Services), Software, Marketing and Hardware with large telecom or technology or media company, including a deep understanding of the best practicesStrong background, experience, and knowledge in Contract management, commercial and contract negotiations, stakeholder and supplier relationship managementExpert knowledge of contracting and legal principlesComfortable challenging the status quo and proposing and owning solutionsCuriosity, desire, and willingness to learnExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentDemonstrated exceptional quantitative and data analysis skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,Excellent escalation management skillsExcellent work ethic, team player, leads smaller projectsMust be a self-starter and multi-tasker with superior time management skillsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively to stakeholders (internal and external)Presentation experience in which have successfully conveyed an idea or decision to key stakeholdersAbility to work cross-entity, cross-geography enterprise-wide initiativesExperience working in global delivery models/ environmentsWorked in a matrix organization and built constructive and effective relationshipsAbility to support Eastern Standard Time Zone (USA) meetings/ calls as needed
