Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content & Presentation Specialist, located in the City of Pune, Maharashtra. The Content & Presentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing web content, developing content strategies, writing, and collaborating with the team to manage content. The role also involves handling communication tasks, ensuring that all content aligns with the company's goals and standards, and maintaining high-quality presentations for various stakeholders.

We are looking for a talented Content & Presentation Specialist with strong content writing skills and expertise in visual communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating professional client presentations, engaging social media graphics, and effective LinkedIn content that builds and enhances our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop professional, clear, and engaging content for various platforms including LinkedIn posts and client communications.
  • Design and prepare client presentations using PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring high quality and brand alignment.
  • Create graphics, flex designs, posters, and other marketing materials for social media campaigns.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain LinkedIn profiles, including content creation aimed at brand positioning and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce visually compelling and persuasive presentation decks.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in professional content writing with excellent language and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation.
  • Skilled in using Canva for designing attractive presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and social media content creation, including flex and poster designing.
  • Experience in LinkedIn content creation and profile building to enhance personal or corporate branding.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Familiarity with other design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in retail, fashion, or startup environments will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Web Content Writing skills
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies and Writing
  • Expertise in Content Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the ICT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
