The responsibilities would be as follows: Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes andadapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs Own end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and leadstrategic conversations with clients and navigate complex relationships Be the voice of Paytm ads in the industry and present Paytm's advertisingsolutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agency partners of largebrands in the market Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitchesand proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor anddeliver expected results to the advertiser Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to buildinnovative advertising solutions for key advertisers Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve advertisingperformance and customer experienceDesired Qualifications: 14+ years of experience in advertising sales managing large clients (digitalpreferred) for the vertical lead, 7+ years of experience for the accountmanager Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionallyand with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentationskills required High bias for action required Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment andflexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keepingpeople and projects moving on scheduleWhy join us -A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology -A solid 360 feedbacks from your peer teams on your support of their goalsWith enviable 500 mn+ registered users, 21 mn+ merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem, we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers & merchants – and we are committed to it.
