Assistant Manager - MetrologyLocation : Bengaluru, IndiaAbout AccurexAt Accurex Measurement Technologies, we aim to be India’s most customer-centric 3D Digitization technology provider.We specialize in advanced 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, and Inspection solutions, enabling industries such as automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing to improve precision and product quality.Our mission is to bridge the gap between advanced measurement technology and real-world industrial application—delivering value through innovation, accuracy, and customer commitment.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Assistant Manager – Metrology who will lead product demonstrations, customer evaluations, and application implementation for our 3D scanning solutions.This role requires someone who can combine technical expertise with customer engagement—capable of translating complex technology into practical, value-driven solutions for clients.You’ll work closely with the Sales teams to qualify opportunities, deliver high-impact demos, and ensure successful customer adoption through application support and project delivery.Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site and in-house product demonstrations of 3D Scanners and Metrology systems for prospective clients.- Understand customer challenges and tailor demos to highlight relevant features and ROI.- Provide technical pre-sales support, assisting the sales team in lead qualification and proposal preparation.- Deliver Inspection Reports, Deviation Analysis, and Reverse Engineering CAD Models using metrology software.- Manage end-to-end customer projects — from data acquisition to report submission and final presentation.- Conduct technical training and onboarding for clients post-installation.- Act as the technical point of contact for customer support and application troubleshooting.- Collaborate closely with internal teams and OEM partners (like Creaform) for project execution and best practices.- Document demo results, feedback, and improvements to continuously refine demonstration processes.- Travel to client sites for demos, project execution, training, and support.Qualifications & Experience- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.- 3–6 years of experience in 3D Scanning, Metrology, Reverse Engineering, or Quality Inspection.- Hands-on experience with Creaform, FARO, Hexagon, or similar 3D scanning systems preferred.- Familiarity with PolyWorks, Geomagic, VXelements, or equivalent software tools.- Exposure to pre-sales demonstrations or customer-facing technical roles will be a strong advantage.Key Skills & Attributes- Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.- Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.- Strong customer orientation with a consultative mindset.- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and demos.- A team player who collaborates effectively with sales, marketing, and OEM teams.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge 3D Scanning and Metrology technologies.- Exposure to diverse industrial applications across major sectors.- A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and ownership.- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.To Apply:- Apply directly via LinkedIn or send your resume to us and help advance India’s Metrology and 3D Digitization ecosystem
