We are a data-driven organization focused on producing scalable, evidence-based solutions that can be published and replicated globally.  What You Will Do: As a Clinical & Research Innovation Fellow, you will be an integral part of our clinical and research teams. This is not a shadowing role; you will be actively involved in: Assisting in the management of tele-consultations and patient follow-up within our digital health platform. Overseeing data collection and ensuring data integrity for our clinical studies, including the validation of novel AI tools.  Contributing to the design and implementation of new clinical research protocols in internal medicine and urology. Analyzing clinical data and preparing findings for presentation and publication. Training and supporting frontline health workers in the use of our mobile health technologies. Who We Are Looking For: A driven, licensed physician (MBBS or equivalent) with a passion for medicine, research, and social impact. Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Delhi- NCR. Demonstrated interest in public health, digital health, or clinical research. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A self-starter who is comfortable working in both field and remote settings. Position Details: Type: This is a voluntary, unpaid position. Commitment: A minimum commitment of 4 to12 months is strongly preferred to ensure meaningful involvement and research output.
