What You Will Do:

As a Clinical & Research Innovation Fellow, you will be an integral part of our clinical and research teams. This is not a shadowing role; you will be actively involved in:

• Assisting in the management of tele-consultations and patient follow-up within our digital health platform.
• Overseeing data collection and ensuring data integrity for our clinical studies, including the validation of novel AI tools like our smartphone-based anemia screening AI.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of new clinical research protocols in internal medicine and urology.
• Analyzing clinical data and preparing findings for presentation and publication.
• Training and supporting frontline health workers in the use of our mobile health technologies.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A driven, licensed physician (MBBS or equivalent) with a passion for medicine, research, and social impact.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Delhi- NCR.
• Demonstrated interest in public health, digital health, or clinical research.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working in both field and remote settings.
• This role is ideal for ambitious, early-career physicians seeking significant clinical and research experience to build a foundation for a career in global health, academic medicine, or other competitive international pathways.

Position Details:

• Type:
  This is a
  voluntary, unpaid
  position.
• Commitment:
  A minimum commitment of 6 to12 months is strongly preferred to ensure meaningful involvement and research output.
• Location:
  A hybrid model with time spent at our field sites in rural Delhi and remote work.
