Qualifications

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent degree. Proven experience in driving organizational change. 10+ years of Program Management experience, including 8 or more years leading complex SaaS programs. Extensive experience managing programs across multiple business units with differing requirements. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels. Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage them to influence across organizational boundaries. Outstanding communication skills suitable for executive-level audiences, with extensive experience in visual communication of goals, program relationships to business objectives, and other relevant success criteria. Experience in product or customer identity and profile management is a plus. Knowledge of building metrics-driven dashboards using Jira and Snow. Experience in Network Engineering, Collaboration, and Endpoint Engineering. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adhere to strict timelines and take full accountability for work.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Partner with business and technology leaders to refine and execute strategies for infrastructure engineering projects. Drive multi-year program roadmaps, encompassing complex, multi-phase projects across multiple teams. Develop and deliver comprehensive plans covering all phases: planning, implementation, production readiness, and support. Communicate progress clearly across organizational boundaries, from individual contributors to senior executives. Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, and timely delivery of infrastructure services. Collaborate with product development leadership to balance short-term and long-term needs, making appropriate trade-offs. Anticipate, recognize, and address resistance or setbacks independently. Promote alignment, find common ground, and ensure cooperation among stakeholders. Identify and clarify critical issues quickly and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results effectively and in actionable formats. Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize, and implement organization-wide processes. Build metrics-driven dashboards using Jira and Snow to showcase the work done by Network, Collaboration, and Endpoint Engineering. Prepare and share status reports with leadership clearly and concisely. Adhere to strict timelines and take full accountability for work.
