Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Merchandiser based in Indore. The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and engaging with customers to increase sales. Tasks include organizing and stocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring products are presented in an appealing manner. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand their needs and providing excellent customer service, as well as collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales & Marketing skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
