Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

Skills Required:

  • Has strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in a Lead Role.
  • Proven Track record of successfully Leading and Delivering Complex MEP BIM Projects.
  • Ability to Mentor and Manage a Team of Junior BIM Engineers & BIM Trainees.
  • Experience with BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360/ ACC or similar.
  • Experience in Inter-disciplinary Service Coordination is a must.
  • Excellent Understanding of International Codes and Standards.
  • Fluency in English (Oral and Written) required.

Responsibility:

  • Develop, Manage, and Review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) BIM Models in line with Client and Project requirements.
  • Coordinate MEP services with Architectural, Structural, and Other Trades to ensure Clash-free and Constructable Models.
  • Conduct Clash Detection and Coordination Meetings using Tools Such as Navisworks.
  • Ability to Create Revit Families from Equipment Cut-sheets or Material Submittals.
  • Prepare and Review Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Documentation from BIM Models.
  • Collaborate with Design Consultants, Contractors, and Clients to resolve Coordination and Construtability Issues.
  • Ensure all MEP BIM Deliverables meet Project Standards, Design Codes, and BIM Protocols.
  • Analyze Project requirements and Support Business Development Team in Pricing.
  • Stay Updated with the Latest BIM Software Advancements, Workflows, and Industry Best Practices.
