We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our Finance Engineering team and drive the transformation of client's SAP Cloud and Data analytics capabilities. As an SAP S/4HANA Data Analytics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics solutions within client's SAP S/4HANA environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Finance and HCM Organization to understand their business needs, develop innovative analytics strategies, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or SAP Data Analytics Consultant with a focus on SAP Cloud Analytics and PowerBI.
- Overall 10+ years of experience and 7+ years of experience in database modeling, querying, and Business Intelligence Reports, Visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud BTP and its various services.
- Expertise in building analytics reports using PowerBI.
- Overview of SAP S/4HANA data structures, data modeling techniques, and analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP HANA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with several engineering and cross-functional teams
- A high-level understanding of Finance business processes in SAP such as Order to Cash, Billing, Revenue recognition, and Accounting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain data analytics solutions using SAP Cloud Analytics and PowerBI.
- Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Business Owners to identify the use cases for data analytics requirements and develop strategies for leveraging SAP S/4HANA Cloud Analytics capabilities.
- Utilize SAP Cloud BTP to develop and integrate applications that enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and developers to integrate data analytics solutions seamlessly with clients' SAP landscapes.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases.
- Optimize SAP S/4HANA data structures and performance to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all analytics solutions.
- Provide data insights and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Evaluate the features of the SAP Cloud analytics Platform to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization within client's business processes.
- Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct training sessions for Engineering and Business Teams in the Finance organization and workshops to educate users on effectively leveraging SAP S/4HANA data analytics capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on best practices for SAP S/4HANA data analytics.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, and data analytics, and industry best practices to enhance our service offerings continuously.
