This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Website Associate specialising in Shopify. The role entails the daily management and optimisation of our Shopify website to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.

 

* Keep the website content up to date (Text, Banners, featured collections, bestselling items, navigation etc.)

* Creation of product catalogues on the website.

* Retouching, resizing and compressing images as per Shopify guidelines for product listings.

* Managing and executing the collection launches and fixing backend errors on the websites.

* Oversee inventory levels, update stock status, and manage backorders.

* Oversee the processing of orders, including tracking, updating order status, and handling returns or exchanges.

* Track timely and accurate fulfilment of orders, coordinate with shipping partners and internal production team.

* Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly updates and activities on Shopify, website. Use Shopify’s analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates and provide regular reports.

* Coordinate with marketing teams for day-to-day activities.

* Create strategy and frameworks that can increase our landing pages' performance.

* Implement SEO best practices for product listings, content, and site structure to improve search engine rankings.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

* Experience in managing and handling Shopify websites.

* Good knowledge of Ul & UX is added advantage.

* Working knowledge of the Shopify platform, as well as exposure to application development and storefront APls, to extend Shopify functionality.

* Address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and website issues.

 

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Shopify platform management since 2-3 years.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

* Strong creative visualisation skills to create banners, figure overall website aesthetics.

* Experience in website maintenance and optimisation

* Knowledge of e-commerce best practices

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Working knowledge of Shopify coding is an added advantage.

* Experience with performance marketing/campaign management is an added advantage.
