Activities to be performed:
Review of the current implementation for optimization/fixing in the current flows
Monitoring, reporting and processing - with defined SLA(1) - tickets, tracked on a platform made available by Client related to bug, issues and notifications
Standard configuration activities on the platform and small evolutions (activities with an effort equal or less than 3 days are included, more than 3 days will be managed in separate offers)
Interface with Microsoft technical support in case of malfunctions (ticket opening, escalation etc)
Proactive management of platform updates with related regression tests where necessary
Weekly data quality check with SAP CDC
Management and monitoring of inbound flows
Management and monitoring of outbound flows
Management of users and roles
User support
Weekly status update
Quarterly report for ISO27001 (2)
