IS Technical Analyst II - SAP Security and GRC

Domnic Lewis is been mandated to hire IS Technical Analyst II - SAP Security and GRC for the Bangalore location.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a role focusing on SAP Security, GRC, and project delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with our US-led project team, providing essential support across various project phases. Additionally, they will play a vital role in production support activities and ensure compliance with IT SOX Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

- Collaborate with the US-led project team to contribute to project development.

- Independently engage with IS Functional Analysts and Business users throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and post go-live support.

- Develop new SAP roles or enhance existing ones to support evolving business processes, applications, or technology.

Production Support:

- Monitor the production support queue and liaise with the business to resolve tickets promptly.

- Manage user and role administration tasks, including new user setups, terminations, and role updates.

- Monitor daily jobs and collaborate with relevant teams for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), issue resolution, and applying SAP notes as necessary.

IT SOX Controls/GRC:

- Execute periodic SOX-related activities in the SAP GRC system, including user access reviews, sensitive access reviews, and terminations.

- Fulfill firecall access requests as needed.

- Conduct SAP License Measurements to ensure compliance.

Education, Qualifications, Experience:

- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Science, or related fields.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security development and support.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC development and support.

- Familiarity with Symmetry GRC for SAP is advantageous.

- Exposure to various SAP ERP function modules, such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, etc.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from the US-based IT team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple regions.
